Strategic Market Narrative
I created the HRBeats Prototype after noticing a significant gap in the fitness-music space. As someone who regularly works out with Spotify, I realized the platform had no idea what type of exercise I was doing or how music affected my performance.
Specific songs could increase performance by up to 5% during certain workout types.
Through building HRBeats, I've proven that understanding the relationship between workout performance and music choice can meaningfully impact fitness results.
I designed HRBeats to transform raw workout and music data into actionable insights. For example, I found 'Bad Liar' by Imagine Dragons played 18x during Low Intensity Workouts with a Song Tempo fo 74BPM. Didn't know I had an obsession with that song - time to find replacements now! This kind of insight simply wasn't available before I built this integration.
